Abstract/Citation: An Act to establish a system of national insurance, providing pecuniary payments in respect of sickness, invalidity, maternity, retirement and death of insured persons, and of social assistance for insured and other persons not qualifying for such payments as of right; to repeal and replace the Workmen's Compensation Act and the Old-Age Pension Act and for purposes connected with or incidental to the matters aforesaid.
