Abstract/Citation: Sets out basic provisions regulating employment contracts and conditions of employment for domestic workers. Inter alia, wages shall be paid at the latest on the last day of the month. Sets forth hours of work and limits permissible overtime according to the age of the employee. S. 7 provides special protection for minor employees. Finally, the advance notice period for the termination of a contract is 14 days for both employer and employee. Employees who have worked for an employer for more than ten years without interruption are entitled to severance pay, which shall be based on the employee's most recent wage. Consolidated text.
