    Provides that a labour contract is an agreement between an employee and an employer in respect of a paid job in which both parties agree to conditions of employment, the working conditions to be provided and the rights and obligations of each party. Labour contracts apply to organizations and individuals from various economic branches and sectors which employ and hire labour, and to hired employees who are to be paid wages (excludes persons elected to public office, persons appointed to positions in the State apparatus and in State-run economic units, military personnel and persons employed by State administrative bodies or work units). Includes provisions on conclusion of labour contracts, implementation of, changes to, deferment of and termination of labour contracts, settlement of labour disputes and action on violations.

    Provides for copyright in literary, musical and artistic works, computer programmes, audiovisual works, sound recordings, broadcasts and cable programmes. Also makes provision for rights in performance. Section 10 regulates first ownership of copyright. Inter alia establishes that first ownership of copyright shall be subject to agreement under subsection 11(3) to assign ownership of copyright expected to arise in the future.
